Problems logging in are likely to be for the following reasons:
- You mistyped your email address
- You signed up using a different email address
- You mistyped your password
To reset your password, click on the ‘lost my password’ link. You will shortly be sent an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password, and access your account.
If you don’t get an email after 15 minutes, check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, it is most likely that you signed up with a different email address.
