Job Title: TikTok Content Creator

RPM Power, Ireland’s most trusted fitness brand, is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Content Creator. As the fitness industry continues to evolve, RPM Power remains at the forefront, offering innovative and cost-efficient home and commercial fitness solutions for over 24 years. With a vast range of over 300 fitness products in stock and a rapidly expanding inventory, we need someone who can captivate and engage our audience through captivating TikTok content creation.

If you have a deep understanding of the gym and fitness world, combined with a knack for producing innovative and engaging content, this is the opportunity for you. As our TikTok Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement and growth for the RPM Power brand on the platform. We are searching for a team member who possesses creative ideas, a pulse on TikTok trends, exceptional video editing skills, and a positive attitude. This position is perfect for an avid user and creator of TikTok video content, someone who knows what it takes to produce compelling and engaging videos that resonate with our audience. Most importantly, you should be knowledgeable about the latest TikTok trends and enjoy experimenting with unique and unexpected approaches that align with the RPM Power brand.

• Manage and grow RPM Power’s TikTok account, taking charge of conceptualizing, planning, filming, editing, and executing content ideas related to our diverse range of fitness products.
• This role is starting only for one day a week, and can be increased based on performance.
• Engage with the TikTok community in a way that maintains our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute to the development of a cohesive strategy, vision, and voice for our TikTok channel.
• Continuously measure and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish evolving best practices for TikTok content creation, staying up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.

• Proven experience in creating captivating TikTok content.
• A deep understanding of TikTok trends, ensuring our content remains current and resonates with our target audience.
• Ideally the ideal candidate would have an interest / understanding in gym & fitness.
• A track record of creating content that has performed exceptionally well in the past, showcasing your ability to captivate viewers.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and gym culture is highly desirable, enabling you to effectively showcase our diverse range of products.
• A passion for creating compelling brand stories that connect with our audience on an emotional level.
• Strong verbal and copy editing skills to craft engaging captions and descriptions.

Salary: 200 euros per day (8 Hours Work with opportunity for more hours based on performance)
