DUAL FUNCTION DUMBBELL BENCH: This U4000 bench is designed for those who seek convenience and performance. With the capacity to store up to 10 dumbbells (size-dependent), as well as kettlebells, slam balls, and more, it’s a space-saving marvel. Plus, the U4000 features a loop anchor at the back, perfect for adding resistance bands to diversify your training regimen. The U4000 Dumbbell Bench has seven adjustable positions, ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. CAST-IRON KETTLEBELLS: Including 1 x 8kg Kettlebell and 1 x 12kg kettlebell, these kettlebells can easily be stored in the front & rear entrance of the dumbbell bench. The cast iron interior of these dumbbells are protected with highly durable rubber coloured covering. With the dynamic nature of kettlebell movements, your body engages stabilizing muscles. HEX DUMBBELLS: Store the four pairs of Hex Dumbbells included in this bundle (2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg & 10kg) conveniently on the dumbbell bench.
