We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday within 24 hours (except public and national holidays). *70% of orders are next day delivery. During busy periods (Christmas etc.), we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that you receive it within 3-5 business days. We ask you, however, to be aware that orders may be delayed during these peak order times. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others. Pallet Deliveries

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home. IONIC Dual Sided Gyroscope is covered by a 1 year guarantee.
Please note: exhausted batteries or damage caused to the LCD display are not included.

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

✔ Malfunction defects that are a direct result of a manufacturing issue(s)

✔ Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts

✔ Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.

A guarantee does not cover products for commercial use and is non-transferable to a third party.
