Additionally, the bundle incorporates the Air Ski Machine, designed for building cardiovascular endurance and engaging core, legs, and upper body muscles. Completing the trio is the Air Bike Classic, a precision-engineered fan bike with a mounted LCD screen to track progress. The Dynamo Gym Bundle offers a dynamic combination for a holistic and effective home workout experience.
The Styker also features a dip station and pull-up bar with four grip positions, and two removable steel dip bar handles that lock into place with a simple twist action. A multi-functional steel leg press/row bar plate is included, adding significant diversity to the rack overall.
With a landmine attachment included with this home gym bundle, the exercise options you have to train your entire body is limitless when combined with the barbell included.
It's Smith Machine ensures ultimate safety while lifting, with counter balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation.
