The RPM Power® Battle Ropes are available in common 1.5 inch (38mm) and 2.0 inches (50mm). Thick ropes are heavier, which is also another consideration to be made when weighing (excuse the pun!) up your options.

If you're looking for high intensity, cardio blasting workouts, I recommend the 1.5" diameter battle rope. These ropes will allow you to go hard, maintain a solid grip, and will fit perfectly into a circuit training workout.

If it's muscles you’re after and you're prepared to perform a workout that feels more like a bench press than wind sprints the, 2." width battle rope is for you. These ropes are 35% larger than the 1.5" width ropes and require a larger hand and stronger grip to maintain control of the battle rope.

Hand size is also an important factor to consider, a thicker rope can be more difficult to grasp in smaller hands. Increase your grip strength with the thicker handles and rope weight

The RPM Power Battling Ropes come in 3 lengths; 9m (30ft), 12m (40ft), 15m (50ft). Similar to the thickness, the longer the power rope the heavier it is. It is important to bear in mind that if you intend to use your conditioning ropes halved after wrapping around an anchor point you'll be splitting the length. When choosing a fitness rope, bear in mind the area in which you intend to use it has sufficient space, flooring and the anchor point is suitable. Allow an extra couple of feet at the end of the rope for a variety of exercises (plank, side shuffle, slams). The longer the rope the greater the fluidity of action, but with greater fluidity comes a more challenging workout!

9m, 38mm = 9.8kg
