Open the dampener to increase resistance; close it to reduce it by reducing the airflow. There will be a difference in difficulty of about 15 – 20% when you adapt the airflow. The bike also has a clutch, allowing the fan to keep spinning when you stop pedaling.

BLUETOOTH COMPATIBILITY: The Ergonomic Spin bike is compatible with Bluetooth, so you can connect to popular fitness apps like Kinomap. With the Bluetooth compatibility you have access to a wide range of guided workouts and trackable data.
