We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday within 24 hours (except public and national holidays). *70% of orders are next day delivery. During busy periods (Christmas etc.), we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that you receive it within 3-5 business days. Pallet Deliveries

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home. The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.
