ECO FRIENDLY YOGA MAT – No latex or PVC, this yoga mat is non-toxic and free of any harmful chemicals. Made from Thermoplastic Elastomer this mat features a superior cushioned finish for maximum comfort for your knees and elbows.

ALIGNMENT MARKINGS – The decorative and functional markings on the surface of this yoga mat act as navigational tool for proper body alignment. Incorrect alignment during yoga practices can lead to repetitive strain and potential injury. The etched surface means you can feel your positioning without distraction.

Cleaning Instructions: If you don’t have a specific Yoga Mat cleaner, we recommend that you mix some warm water and a few drops of dish soap in a bowl, (using only a small amount of soap). Dip a cleaning cloth into the soapy water, then clean the mat from top to bottom, focusing on dirty spots, using a circular motion. Then wipe the mat clean with a dry towel and leave the mat to dry out of direct sunlight.

Pallet Deliveries

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home. ‘Tadasana’ TPE Yoga Mat

The 45 degree angled lines help you to align your foot angle for your standing asanas series and Parsvottasana- the Intense Side Stretch Pose. The small straight lines assist you in your Surya Namaskar-Sun Salutations, Handstand and/or your Scopion Pose. The center Lotus helps you to align and start your asanas from Tadasana-Mountain Pose, to take your legs apart for standing asanas. The central line helps to align the heel to arch of the foot for standing asana series and the tip of the straight line helps to keep your concentration "Dharana" in Sirsasana-Headstand.
