RPM Power can assemble a wide range of own-brand fitness equipment in your home or commercial space, including multi-gyms, cardio equipment, gym flooring, exercise machines, and more.

To make an installation worth it for you as a customer, we only carry out installs with at least one large piece of heavy equipment that requires technical assembly, such as a multi-gym, exercise machine or gym flooring.

Most of our cardio machines, including treadmills, are very straightforward to assemble and do not qualify for an installation on their own. They can be assembled and installed by our team in combination with one of the above-mentioned “heavy” products, however.

Yes, our team of gym installers are highly experienced in laying various types of flooring including rubber mats and turf flooring. Depending on the shape and size of a room, flooring can quickly become complicated to install and is a product that can benefit from technical experience and skill to ensure it is laid correctly, securely and in a way that is functional and visually appealing to the user.

We recommend that the floors in your space are level and pre-sealed to ensure longevity of the product. It is also important to note that adding flooring to a space can impact the opening/closing of doors and should be considered when planning your gym.

While our team may be able to carry out the delivery and assembly of fitness equipment on other floors, it is the strong recommendation of RPM Power that all gym equipment be installed at ground floor level. Should an install by requested on another floor level, RPM Power suggests that a structural engineer is consulted prior to access the structural integrity of the space. Before your install is confirmed, our Team will ask you for important details regarding the accessibility of your space, including room size, building access, parking, and power source availability; as well as the presence of people or potential hazards on-site.

Before our team arrives, we ask that the space be fully cleared for delivery and assembly and that all potential hazards are removed.

Depending on the size of the installation, RPM Power offers gym assembly services within a radius of 2 hours from Thurles, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.

Larger home installations and commercial installations can be completed outside of this radius within Ireland and the UK.

If your location is not within a serviceable area, then we may be able to put you in touch with a reputable third-party service that can assist you.

No, all delivery fees are included in the cost of the install. The team will bring most of the items with them on the day, or in cases where very heavy items are present in the order, these will be delivered to you a day or two in advance via the pallet network. RPM Power covers all costs associated with delivery.

Not necessarily. It is important that a point of contact is available and nearby throughout the process, however, as long as someone is available to open the premises and direct the team upon arrival, as well as meet them after the service is complete, it is not essential for there to be a person physically present at all times.

The duration of an install will depend on the size of the order and accessibility to the space. Our team aims to be as efficient as possible with the process and we can give you an estimated timeline upon ordering.

Yes, our team removes all packaging and waste from the space once they are finished.

Once the installation is complete, our team will give you a demonstration of the equipment to ensure it is to your satisfaction. Should any issues arise during or after the install, all equipment is covered under standard warranty and will we happily assist you with any queries.

We only assemble and install RPM Power-brand fitness equipment.

You can assembly all of our equipment yourself and we have many step-by-step video guides which you can find on RPM Care. Installations are a great option if you are setting up more complex machines like a large multi-gym or exercise machine; your space requires gym flooring; your order contains multiple products; or simply, you would just rather not do the heavy lifting!
