FUNCTIONAL TRAINER: The Freyja Multi-Gym integrates a dual adjustable cable system directly into a wall-mounted rack structure, allowing full-body training from a single installation. This hybrid design combines traditional barbell training with functional cable exercises, eliminating the need for separate standalone machines. SPACE-SAVING WALL MOUNTED DESIGN: Designed with a low-profile structure, Freyja maximises training capability while minimising footprint. By mounting directly to the wall, the system provides professional-level functionality without the bulk of a freestanding functional trainer. 2:1 PULLEY RATIO: The dual weight stacks operate on a 2:1 pulley ratio, providing smooth resistance ideal for functional training and controlled muscle activation. This allows precise load progression and improved movement control during cable exercises. Each side features a heavy-duty steel weight stack designed for consistent performance and reliable resistance throughout every repetition.

PREMIUM CABLE PULLEY SYSTEM: High-quality galvanized steel cables with reinforced cores deliver durability and smooth operation under load. Precision aluminium pulleys reduce friction and maintain consistent tension, while front pulleys feature a wide swivel range for exercises performed both inside and outside the rack.

DUAL ADJUSTABLE CABLE SYSTEM: Freyja features independent cable trolleys that glide smoothly along the uprights, allowing cable exercises at virtually any height. The oversized pop-pin adjustment system enables fast one-handed positioning, while an integrated safety pin secures the trolley during use. Perform movements including:

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
