What is the difference between Essential, Elite, and Elite Competition Turf?

  • Essential Turf has a 2.5 cm needle length and has 28500 needles Per / Meter Sq. This Turf resembles a natural grass surface.

  • Elite Turf and Competition Turf has 68000 needles Per Meter Sq. This is a much higher density and has only 1.5cm needle length. This will give a smoother more carpet like feel for sleds. For very high traffic use this turf is highly recommended.

Is the turf suitable for sled pushes and prowler training?

Yes — all three types are designed to handle sled and prowler work. The denser Elite and Elite Competition options provide an even smoother glide with reduced resistance.
