The RPM Power F1700 Multifunctional Weight Bench has been created especially to provide you with a multitude of workout options.

EXPAND YOUR WORKOUT: This multifunctional adjustable bench is unlike any other, offering you a vast amount of workout options with piece of equipment. Easily do exercises such as; sit-ups, GHD (glute hamstring development) reverse sit-ups, leg extensions, hamstring curls and rows.

ATTACHMENTS: Add various weight plates (1″ size) to the bottom peg to increase and decrease resistance. Attach resistance bands to the anchors at the base for flys and presses. Pair with a set of dumbbells for the ultimate lifting experience.

COMFORTABLE: This weight bench features multiple foam pads, perfectly positioned for maximum comfort when working out. The pads offer you protection from friction when exercising and maximum stabilisation too. The bench is coated with waterproof PU leather for easy cleaning.

SPACE-EFFICIENT: With the option to train your entire body in one piece of equipment, this bench is ideal for beginners.
