MULTIPLE RACK ATTACHMENTS: The Crossover Cable Multi-Gym comes with a variety of practical frame attachments for performing different compound and isolation exercises. The complete list of attachments includes:

• Pull-up bar: Integrated pull-up bar atop the frame with five grip options.
• Dip station: 2 x removable steel dip station bars with two grip variations.
• Landmine sleeve: A landmine sleeve for barbell exercises with swivel function.
• T-bar barbell attachment: Use in combination with the landmine sleeve to perform T-bar rows.
• Safety bars: 2 x steel safety bars for additional security when performing barbell exercises.
• J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security.
• Lower foot plate: For seated rows.

67.5KG IN ESSENTIAL WEIGHT PLATES: The Crossover Cable Multi-Gym Bundle comes with 67.5kg in weight plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg Tri-Grip Plates; and 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg black Essential Olympic Bumper Plates. Store them onto the cable machine, or store them on one of the 2 weight plate pegs when not in use.

7FT 20KG ESSENTIAL BARBELL: This bundle includes an Essential 7ft/2200mm Silver Barbell. Proving an extra 20kg to your set up, secure the barbell to the J-Hooks on the rack or use it with the 360⁰ landmine sleeve and T-bar attachment to perform a range of extended exercises. When not in use, the barbell can neatly be stored upright in the holder at the rear of the rack.

P2400 SEMI-COMMERCIAL BENCH: You have the option to add the P2400 Weight Bench to the Crossover Bundle. This high performance bench weighs 29kg and has a max. capacity of 300kg, ensuring stability and durability over a lifetime of heavy lifting.

BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting. These are both black with the black Crossover option and red with the red Crossover option.
