Olympic Barbell 7ft- The RPM Power Essential Olympic Barbell Range is designed for those training at home and is well equipped to handle all your major lifts from squats, bench and all press variations.

KNURL GRIP- Barbell diamond knurling pattern on the shaft of Olympic Barbells increases grip for a comfortable feel. Knurl ring marks on the bar help guide proper grip position for different style of lifts. The 2200mm essential bar also has knurling at the center of the bar. A center barbell knurl helps prevent the bar from slipping on your back while squatting and also helps to align the bar properly when lifting. Traditional powerlifting movements benefit from a center knurl.

SQUAT, BENCH PRESS & DEADLIFT: This weightlifting bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. This Olympic bar is finished with a light diamond Knurl, IPF knurl marks and bronze bushing that provides a spin for lifts, reducing strain on wrists. This highly durable bar is great for powerlifting competition-lifts, squat, deadlift and bench press.

CHROME FINISH: Chromed shaft and sleeves provides the Essential barbell with a stunning, hard-wearing, uniform finish. The size is suited for use on all RPM Power racks (and most standard racks), with a snap ring design, this ensures optimal stability throughout any type of liftings —from beginner strength training programs to intense powerlifting.

MAX LIFT 320KG- The extra long 41cm loadable sleeve length on both sides allows for highest plate loading and can hold up to a maximum weight of 450kg. These bars are 30mm diameter for comfortable movement in your hand a greater grip.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
