Frequently Asked Questions

Send us an email with your equipment specifications and the type of product servicing you are looking for (e.g. general service, maintenance, issue repair, etc). Our technician will review your query and if you meet the servicing criteria, we will send you a proposed price quote and date for your servicing appointment.

Our technicians can service many fitness products, however, the ones that generally require maintenance are those with moving or wearable parts such as multi-gyms; cable machines; pin- and plate-loaded weight machines; weight benches; exercise bikes; treadmills; stair climbers; rowing machines; air ski trainers and similar.

Our team can visit you at your location to carry out the servicing on-site. This is particularly helpful if you have multiple products or heavy equipment that require inspection. Alternatively, you have the option to drop your product to our Service Centre (Nenagh Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary E41 Y512). RPM Power can also organise the collection and delivery or your product via courier for a fee if available.

We currently only offer servicing appointments within Ireland. Should you require product servicing in another country, please reach out to us and we can recommend one of our partners for you.

The duration of a service appointment will depend on the number of products requiring servicing and the severity of the issues present. Our team will try to complete the service promptly and within a couple of hours if possible.

Commercial gym equipment should typically be serviced every 2-4 months depending on usage levels, while home-use equipment should be serviced about every 1-2 years. Visit our maintenance guide for more information.

Generally no, we only service own-brand RPM Power equipment, however if your space includes a mix of RPM Power and other brand equipment, it may be possible for our team to inspect and service these non-RPM Power products. This would depend on how similar these products are to ours and whether we can source any spare or wearable parts required.

Yes, we can diagnose and repair many common gym equipment faults and worn components.

RPM Power equipment is entirely own-brand. We manufacture all of our equipment ourselves and work closely with our suppliers. This means we generally have a range of spare and replacement parts for our products in stock or can at least source them quickly for our customers when needed.

Yes, should you prefer to repair your RPM product yourself, we can source any replacement parts required if possible and assist you with the repair via video if needed.
