8 HAND GRIPPER RESISTANCE LEVELS – to improve your grip strength (50lbs, 100lbs, 150lbs, 200lbs, 250lbs, 300lbs & 350lbs, 400lbs)
- Beginner Levels Pink & Purple – X-Light (Pink 50lbs ) and Light (Purple 100lbs) resistances that are suitable for warm-up of the wrist prior to stepping up to the heavier models in the set or simply for use for progressive rehabilitation following an arm or wrist injury.
- Intermediate Level Blue & Strong Level Red – Classified as advanced level grippers (Blue: 150lbs / 68kg & Red: 200lbs / 91kg) these units are ideal for intermediate level grip strength training and late stage rehabilitation.
- Elite Level Black (250lbs / 113kg) – Classified as extra strong, this is an advanced resistance level, suitable for experienced trainers and athletes. Because of the strong resistance produced by this model, we recommend that users work with the lower models for several sessions before using this gripper.
- Silver & Gold – Weapon Grade Grippers – Classified as XX-Strong and ‘Beast’ level, both units demand the mightiest of forearm/grip strength and will require extensive work with the lower level models before you’ll be able to contemplate squeezing them to any degree. Silver gripper models produce a formidable 300lbs resistance while Gold grippers kick back with a formidable 350lbs.
- Green (400lbs – HULK) – The Hulk, RPM Power’s strongest gripper, challenges even the most seasoned grip enthusiasts. Featuring reinforced stainless steel springs and diamond-etched, color-coded handles, it’s slightly larger for better grip and higher resistance. Beginners should progress through the Silver (300lbs) and Gold (350lbs) grippers first. Each comes with a training guide for optimal results. Ideal for those who train their grip strength regularly at an extremely high level, this gripper is perfect for intense grip training.
SUITABILITY: Pink & Purple are suitable for Warm up/ Rehabilitation & Beginners meaning those who have some to no experience in specifically grip training. Blue & Red are a challenging step up and require a strong, medium to advanced grip to close them. Black is suitable for advanced level grip strength trainers. Silver & Gold are suitable for those with an expert level grip strength meaning those who consistently train specifically grip strength. The Green gripper is suited for experts only, and those with a very high level of grip strength already. Furthermore, its always recommended to start with a lighter resistance gripper as a warm up. Following consistent and regular training with a gripper suitable to your current grip strength needs, you will begin to see your grip strength increase over a short period of time, it is at this point we recommend attempting the next level up.
Training Guide – Each Hand Gripper comes with its own training guide to help maximise your strengthening and rehabilitation results. Choose from a variety of holding positions in the hand, using some or all fingers. Decide to close and hold for 15-30 seconds or simply to pulse from opened to closed over the course of a 1-2 minute session. There are an endless variety of exercises which you can perform with this simple but highly effective upper limb strengthening instrument that will produce big results in forearm and grip power in a very short time.
