The Essential Bundle provides 62.5kg of Essential Olympic weight plates: 2 × 1.25kg, 2 × 5kg, 2 × 10kg and 2 × 15kg. The Elite Bundle provides 102.5kg of Elite Olympic Coloured Tri-Groove weight plates: 2 × 1.25kg, 2 × 5kg, 2 × 10kg, 2 × 15kg and 2 × 20kg. Both bundle routes include a black barbell pad and a black barbell collar pair.

Bench-Included and Bench-Free Options

Select a bench-included variation when you want a complete bench-based training setup from the outset. The Essential bench-included option uses the FID Weight Bench; the Elite bench-included option uses the U4200 Commercial Weight Bench. Bench-free variations are available where you already have a compatible bench or want to choose one separately.

Multi-Gym Týr Bundle Detailed Description

The Multi-Gym Týr Bundle creates a more complete strength-training starting point by combining the Týr commercial-grade cable and Smith platform with a selected weight-plate package, bundle extras and an optional bench configuration. It is designed for customers who want the central training station and key setup components selected together.

Týr at the Centre of the SetupA four-cable, 260kg selectorised training platform with an integrated Smith bar.

Every bundle is built around the Multi-Gym Týr. Its two independent 130kg stacks provide 260kg of total selectorised loading, while two fixed 1:1 upper pulleys and two vertically adjustable 2:1 pulleys cover both direct cable loading and smooth functional-cable movements.

The platform also includes a 20kg guided Smith bar, a four-grip pull-up bar, J-Hook pair and six 2-inch Olympic plate-storage pegs. This gives the bundle a strong central training station before the selected plates and bench option are added.

Týr Dimensions and Capacity

The Multi-Gym Týr measures 1850mm deep × 2140mm wide × 2380mm high, with a lower-height configuration of 2180mm high. The Týr itself weighs 550kg.

Its 75 × 75 × 3mm steel frame supports long-term home and commercial use. The six storage pegs each have a 150kg capacity, while the fixed pull-up bar has a 250kg capacity. Allow appropriate space for loading plates, using a barbell, performing pull-ups and the exercises you plan to perform.
