RPM Power Designed Pulley Extender Arm Attachment

Set Cable Width and Capacity Around the Rack

Open the arms outward for wide crossover-style cable spacing, or converge them inward for a central 1:1 dual-stack route. Horizontal width and vertical height lock independently once set.

Open outward

Create Crossover-Width Cable Spacing

Sweep the arms left and right to open the pulley positions outward for wider cable paths and crossover-style training angles. Each extended arm adds 34cm of width on its own side of the rack.

Converge inward

Use Both Stacks in 1:1

Swing both arms inward to create a central 1:1 dual-stack route for low rows and lat pulldowns, making twice the single-stack capacity available through one attachment path.

+EXTENDER COMPATIBLE

B: Extender Arm only

Use the four-bolt swap-over interface. No new cable or upright dolly is required.

Existing or non-compatible rack

A: Upright Dolly + B: Extender Arm

A new cable is required for most existing conversions, unless a suitable spare cable can be adjusted.

CHECK COMPATIBILITY BEFORE ORDERING: This attachment has different component and cable requirements depending on the host rack. Review the Detailed Description before ordering. If you are unsure, contact RPM with your rack model and current cable setup so the correct configuration can be confirmed.

RPM extender arm assembly

RPM Power Designed Pulley Extender Arm Attachment

Set Cable Height, Width and Direction Around the Station

After installation, use the vertical adjuster to raise or lower the arm and the horizontal adjuster to sweep through 180 degrees, opening outward for crossover-width spacing or converging inward for central cable paths. Horizontal width and vertical height lock independently once set. Each pulley rotates through 360 degrees to follow the selected line.

2Vertical height adjustment, independently lockable
3Horizontal arm adjustment, independently lockable
360°Pulley rotation follows the cable line

Two cable modes in one system

Converge the Arms, Use Both Stacks in 1:1

Angle both arms inward to create a central 1:1 dual-stack route, doubling the available single-stack capacity for low rows and lat pulldowns.

STANDARD 2:1

Independent Cable Paths

On a compatible host cable system, use each arm independently with a single stack assigned to its chosen cable path.

CONVERGED 1:1

Central Dual-Stack Path

Bring both stacks together for rows, pulldowns and other central high-capacity cable movements.

Installation setting plus three live adjustments: Set the mounting-hole position once during installation to match the rack cable route. Thereafter, adjust vertical height, horizontal cable width and pulley rotation for the required training position.

Multi-position mounting

Designed for RPM’s Known Overhanging Pulley Paths

Developed in house by RPM Power for known RPM cable-path layouts, this is an installation setting rather than a training-time adjustment. Select the fixing position once around the overhanging pulley route used by the rack configuration so the arm and pulley sit in the intended cable line.

Multiple fixing positions: position the arm for the overhanging pulley route used by the rack.

ODIN rack path

Right and Left Upright-Side Top Pulleys

ODIN uses top-pulley paths to the right and left of the uprights. The fixing positions let the arm be placed to match those side cable routes.

Apex rack path

Central Upright Cable Path

Apex uses a central upright cable route. The arm can be fixed in the position that aligns with this central overhanging pulley placement.

Designed for every rack generation

A Clear Upgrade Path for Existing and Future Racks

The extender system is designed so both existing and future RPM rack owners can upgrade. Extender Compatible racks use a direct four-bolt swap-over route. Existing and non-compatible racks can also upgrade, but may require additional hardware and cable depending on the configuration already in place.

A and B extender setup guide identifying the upright dolly and extender arm
Component key: A is the upright dolly. B is the extender arm.

+EXTENDER COMPATIBLE

B: Extender Arm only

Remove the four bolts from the standard pulley dolly and attach the B extender arm in the same mounting position. No new cable or upright dolly is required.

Existing or non-compatible rack

A: Upright Dolly + B: Extender Arm

A cable change is required for most existing conversions. A suitable spare cable may be adjusted instead. The total upgrade cost therefore depends on the hardware and cable already in place.

+View cable and upright-dolly requirements

Existing standard-dolly installations require a cable change when converting to extender arms. Order a new cable alongside the arms where required. We can cut and supply the cable to the required length. Older stock and non-RPM rack conversions also require the A upright dolly.

From Q3 2026, new RPM 75mm x 75mm racks marked Extender Compatible will be supplied with sufficient cable for the standard pulley dolly or B extender arm when the selected configuration is specified at purchase.
