RPM Power Product Warranty Terms
General Warranty T&C’s
RPM Power offers a back-to-base warranty on all products, i.e. the warranty duration of each product is specified under its individual product listing, as it may differ between items.
- Call-out services are subject to a charge regardless of warranty coverage, unless RPM Power chooses to waive the fee at its discretion
- Using non-commercial-graded products (i.e. home-use equipment*) in commercial settings will result in a null and void warranty.
- Modifying items without consulting RPM Power in advance will null and void the product warranty.
- Ongoing maintenance services are not provided by RPM Power. Customers are responsible for scheduling and performing regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment performance and longevity. Recommended product maintenance guidelines are outlined in product manuals and on our website.
- RPM Power has the right to refuse warranty claims for equipment damages or malfunctions due to lack of customer maintenance and/or due care. Furthermore, RPM Power has the right to determine what constitutes acceptable** due care, and whether this has been met or not. This is based on a visual inspection by a member of our team.
- Should an item require repair and a lack of due care and/or maintenance is evident, a repair fee will apply based on the task required.
- RPM Power reserves the right to refuse warranty claims in circumstances where slight cosmetic blemishes are apparent on a product. The cosmetic blemishes in question should not compromise the functionality of the product. RPM Power cannot offer compensation and/or exchanges for items that show any signs of slight scratches, marks, or other light cosmetic damages. RPM Power retains the right to determine what constitutes light cosmetic damage on a product.
- At RPM Power, we implement rigorous quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure our products meet the highest standards. While we expect all items to arrive in perfect condition, occasional human errors may require minor adjustments by the customer. If necessary, we can arrange for a spare part to be sent. Such modifications, when pre-approved by the RPM Power team, will not affect the warranty terms.
- Surface imperfections resulting from the quality control process, transportation, or assembly do not impact the structural integrity of the product and are not covered under warranty.
- We do not provide free replacements for cosmetic imperfections, as ensuring undamaged delivery of replacement parts is highly challenging due to courier handling.
- If a customer wishes to replace a part for cosmetic reasons, we can facilitate a replacement at their own cost.
- Unacceptable levels of care include, but are not limited to product rusting, visible prolonged uncleanliness, overloading on product maximum capacities, disregard for product specifications, overuse on replaceable parts (e.g. cables).
- Rusting due to improper maintenance, exposure to moisture, or failure to follow care guidelines is not covered under warranty, and RPM Power is not obligated to replace affected products.
- If a product is damaged due to improper assembly or mishandling by the customer, any repair or replacement costs may be incurred by the customer.
- Standard warranties will not apply to any item marked as clearance. RPM Power are, further, not liable to accept returns and to grant refunds for any items marked as clearance.
Our extended warranty provides comprehensive support to ensure the longevity of your RPM Power rack. This includes guided repair assistance via video calls, a maintenance kit to help keep your rack in top condition, and an extended parts warranty for added peace of mind. With this coverage, you can confidently maintain and repair your equipment with expert guidance and high-quality replacement parts.
Training Accessories
Standard Training Accessories
All RPM Power training accessories are protected by our comprehensive 12-month warranty from the date of original purchase, except where specifically noted in the product listing. This warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects but excludes damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or inadequate maintenance.
Weight Training Accessories
RPM Power Weight training accessories carry our standard warranty for personal use only. Any deployment of these products in a commercial environment will void the warranty coverage. Manufacturing defects are covered under this warranty; however, damages from improper use, normal wear and tear, or insufficient maintenance are excluded.
Olympic & Standard Barbells
Essential Barbells
RPM Power Essential Barbells are covered for warranty by our 12 month standard home use warranty valid from the original purchase date unless mentioned otherwise. This warranty includes protection against manufacturing defects and breaks. Damage caused by improper use, wear & tear and lack of maintenance is not covered by warranty. The warranty for essential olympic barbells is only valid when the items are maintained by the correct protocols as follows:
Warranty Validity Requirements:
- Adherence to weight capacity limits
- Removal of loaded weights after use
- Use with standard bumper plates only
- Use of weightlifting platform for floor exercises
- No dropping/slamming on equipment (boxes, benches, spotter arms)
- Barbells are maintained correctly which includes;
- Regular cleaning with WD-40 or similar solutions
- Removal of chalk residue
- Annual oiling for rust prevention and bearing lubrication
Exclusions:
- Improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Insufficient maintenance

Elite Barbells
RPM Power Elite Barbells are covered for full commercial use with a 24 months no break or bend warranty from the original purchase date unless mentioned otherwise. This warranty includes protection against manufacturing defects and breaks. Damage caused by improper use, wear & tear and lack of maintenance is not covered by warranty. The warranty for essential Olympic barbells is only valid when the items are maintained by the correct protocols as follows:

Cardio Equipment
Essential Cardio Equipment
RPM Power Essential Cardio equipment is protected by a 24-month parts-only home-use warranty, effective from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including structural breaks caused by manufacturing flaws. However, it does not cover issues arising from improper use, general wear and tear, or rust due to prolonged exposure.
Essential Rowing Machines and Air Ski Machines come with a parts-only warranty, offering 12 months of coverage on all components, excluding wearable parts such as cables, handles, grips, and saddles.
Elite Cardio Equipment
RPM Power Elite Cardio equipment is designed for full commercial use and includes a 2-year parts warranty, excluding labor, starting from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including structural breaks. It does not cover improper use, wear and tear, or rust from prolonged use.
- Elite Air & Exercise Bikes:
- 2-year parts-only warranty covering the flywheel, brake knob, handlebar, seat posts, and foot adjustments.
- 1-year warranty on pedals, chain, brake pad assembly, rubber frame guard, brass brake nut, and remaining components.
- Note: Studio bike brake pads are considered wearable parts and are not covered under the warranty
- Elite Air Ski Machines:
- 2-year warranty on all parts, excluding wearable items such as the cable pulley cord and handlebar grips.
- Treadmills:
- 5-year frame warranty.
- 1-year parts warranty (excluding labor).
- Rowing Machines:
- 2-year warranty on parts, excluding wearable parts like pedals, handles, handlebar grips, cable and saddles, which are covered for 12 months.
General Exclusions
All warranties explicitly exclude wear and tear. For more information or warranty claims, please contact RPM Power customer support.

Home Use Racks
RPM Power Home Use Racks come with:
- 1-Year Warranty: Wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings).
- 2-Year Warranty: All other parts (excluding labor).
This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and protects against manufacturing defects and structural breakage for the original purchaser.
Exclusions:
- Malicious damage or misuse
- Wear and tear
- Improper use due to inadequate maintenance

- 1-Year Warranty: Wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings).
- 2-Year Warranty: All other parts (excluding labor).
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and structural breakage from the original purchase date for the initial buyer.

RPM Power Machines and Storage units for home use are covered by:
- 1-Year Warranty: Wearable parts, including pads, cables, pulleys, bearings, and rubber feet.
- 2-Year Warranty: All other parts (excluding labor).
This warranty, effective from the original date of purchase, protects against manufacturing defects and structural breakage for the original purchaser.
Exclusions:
- Malicious damage or misuse
- Wear and tear
- Improper use resulting from insufficient maintenance
Elite Commercial Use Warranty
RPM Power Machines for commercial use are covered by:
- 5-Year Warranty: Frame.
- 1-Year Warranty: Wearable parts, including pads, cables, pulleys, bearings, and rubber feet.
- 2-Year Warranty: All other parts (excluding labor).
This warranty, effective from the original date of purchase, protects against manufacturing defects and structural breakage for the original purchaser.
Exclusions:
- Malicious damage or misuse
- Wear and tear
- Improper use resulting from insufficient maintenance
Dumbbells, Weight Plates & Kettlebells
Essential Series
RPM Power Essential Weight Plates, Kettlebells, and Dumbbells are protected by a 12-month no-breaks warranty for home use only, starting from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage for the original buyer.
Essential Dumbbells include our Adjustable Dumbbells & Neoprene Dumbbells, Hex Dumbbells are Elite Range.
Exclusions:
- Improper use
- Wear and tear
Warranty Validity:
To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- Weights are wiped down, and chalk is cleaned off after use.
- Weights are stored in a dry, non-damp environment.
- Weights are used on appropriate surfaces and are not dropped or slammed.
- Weights are stored on the correct racks.
Elite Series
RPM Power Elite Weight Plates, Kettlebells, and Dumbbells are designed for full commercial use and include a 2-year no-breaks warranty, effective from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage for the original buyer.
Exclusions:
- Improper use
- Wear and tear
Warranty Validity:
To ensure warranty coverage, the following conditions must be observed:
- Weights are wiped down, and chalk is cleaned off after use.
- Weights are stored in a dry, non-damp environment.
- Weights are used on appropriate surfaces and are not dropped or slammed.

This warranty begins on the original date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and structural breakage for the original purchaser.

- Improper use due to insufficient maintenance

Elite Series Weight Benches
The RPM Power Elite Series Weight Benches are backed by a full commercial warranty, which includes:
- 1-Year Warranty: Pads and upholstery.
- 2-Year Warranty: All other parts (excluding labor).
This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase and protects against manufacturing defects and structural breakage for the original purchaser.
