Some of the many exercises you can do with this bar include; spider curls, skull crushers, reverse grip curls and preacher curls. Outside of curls, focus on triceps extensions, rows, presses and dead lifts.
Ergonomically Designed Grip: Using an EZ curl bar creates a focus on other muscles as a result of compromised wrist position. The Olympic curl bar will allow you to curl easier and have less pressure on your wrists with a natural curl hand position. Needle Bearings for smooth plate rotation.
Knurled Grip Design: The standard knurled surface of the bar will allow you to hold the barbell in place without the threat of it slipping out of your hands. The angled grip will take pressure off your wrists and forearms compared to standard barbells.

The EZ Curl Bar is intended to be used with 2" Olympic weight plates, to ensure it can apply to the RPM Power range of plates. The sleeves are assembled to the shaft using the same snap ring design found in many of our most popular Olympic bars.
