Named after the god of trickery in Norse mythology, the Loki Multi-Gym boasts a diverse range of exercise options, mirroring the complexity and versatility of the god himself. With its broad array of functionalities and add-ons, Loki is one of the most complete multi-gyms available on the market. The sheer number of exercises you can do with this rack makes it ideal for beginners and pros who want versatility in their training, especially when it comes to isolation exercises. 

2:1 WEIGHT STACK: Loki features 2 x individual weight stacks with a 2:1 lifting ratio. A 2:1 ratio means that selecting 100kg provides resistance equivalent to lifting 50kg. This allows for fine-tuned adjustments in your lifting loads and an overall smother, more controlled performance. The weight stacks increase in increments of 5kg and max out at an impressive 130kg per stack (260kg total). 

CABLE CROSSOVER: Benefit from Loki’s two individual cable pulley systems that provide consistent tension as you lift and lower the weight loading. Use the pulley systems individually or together for extended unilateral and compound movements. Each pulley system can be adjusted vertically along one of the 16 different height settings on each side of the rack. Simply use the pull-pin mechanism to slide the pulleys up or down depending on the exercise. Loki also comes with 4 x pulley cable attachments for greater diversity and comfort when training, including: 2 x rotating handles, 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar and 1 x universal straight dual connector bar. 

SMITH MACHINE & SPOTTERS: The Multi-Gym features a built-in Smith machine for optimal safety during compound movements. From traditional squats and bench presses to more targeted movements like lunges and shoulder presses, whatever the exercise, as you fatigue and approach failure, simply twist the bar 1/5 of a turn and the spotter hooks on each side immediately engage to lock the bar firmly in place. This will prevent the barbell from falling and helps to ensure safe spotting throughout your workouts, even with the heaviest of loads. 19 catch rods are spaced evenly every 8.5cm along the rail for the Smith bar to hook into. Removable spotter arms and J-hooks are also included for further barbell security and peace of mind when exercising. 

FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: As the rack with the most features and add-ons in our range, Loki is equipped with multiple removable and integrated attachments for performing at least 50 (we stopped counting after that) compound and isolation exercises. Each attachment is fitted with blue spring pull-pins for easy fixing to the rack. The complete list of attachments and features includes: 

• Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with five grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups.  

• Dip station: 2 x removable steel dip station bars with two grip position variations. 

• High landmine sleeve: Perform a range of barbell exercises with the 360⁰ rotating landmine sleeve. 

• Leg press plate: 1 x multi-functional leg press/row bar steel plate with non-slip surface. Clip it onto the Smith machine to perform hack squats, leg press, hip thrusts and more. 

• Jammer arms: 2 x individual plate-loaded jammer arms. Use alone or together with the included connector bar. 

• Foam knee cushion: 1 x durable foam knee cushion for performing split squats, sit ups, lateral pull-downs, elevated crunches and more on your bench. 

• Lower foot plate: For seated rows. 

• Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting. 

• J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security. 

• Resistance bands hooks: One at the top bar for pull ups + 2 pins on the lower frame.
