NEEDLE BEARINGS: Barbells with bearings have a much a smoother rotation for friction free movement, therefore are better for Olympic style lifts than bars with bushings. Our precision Needle Bearing that is substantially larger, stronger and higher load rated than conventional bearings found in cheaper bars. Needle Bearings allow the bar sleeve spin unrestricted at all loads and have a smooth feel with no play up and down on the bar shaft. 4-needle bearings (2 each sleeve) means a smooth spin and greater rotation for optimal performance.

MOUNTAIN KNURL GRIP- Barbell diamond knurling pattern on the shaft of Olympic Barbells increases grip for a non-abrasive feel. Powerlifting knurl marks are spaced the same distance as an IPF standard competition bar, giving you the ability to maintain proper grip position as you progress. No center knurling for maximum comfort while doing cleans or back squats without irritation to your neck.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
