Prowler Dog Sled Elite: The RPM Power Prowler Dog Sled Elite is engineered for high-performance strength and conditioning, built from thick-gauge commercial steel to deliver exceptional stability under heavy loads while maintaining smooth, low-resistance movement on turf. Featuring reinforced skis, a chrome-plated central weight post, and knurled grip handles with marked hand placements, the Elite sled is designed for powerful push, pull, drag, and sprint training. Taller and heavier than the Essential model, it is optimised for heavier loading and competition-style training, making it ideal for elite athletes, commercial gyms, and Hyrox-style conditioning.

Elite Tri-Groove Weight Plates: The RPM Power Elite Tri-Groove Bumper Plates are designed to deliver maximum stability, safety, and control during heavy lifting and sled training. Featuring an innovative interlocking Tri-Groove design, these plates lock together to eliminate plate movement during pushes, pulls, and compound lifts. Manufactured from ultra-dense polymer rubber with controlled dead-bounce performance and reinforced steel centre rings, they offer exceptional durability in high-impact environments. With a standard 450mm diameter and 2” Olympic compatibility, the Elite Tri-Groove Plates are ideal for sled work, Olympic lifting, and high-performance training, available in 100kg or 150kg bundles.

Elite 12m Sled Rope: The RPM Power Elite 12m Sled Pull Rope is built to Hyrox competition standards, allowing athletes to train sled pulls with precision, consistency, and confidence. Constructed from premium fray-resistant polyester with a thick 38mm diameter, it delivers excellent grip and durability under heavy load. High-visibility distance markers every 3 metres enable accurate performance tracking, while the textured rope surface and non-slip handles maintain control even under fatigue. Finished with a heavy-duty steel karabiner for fast, secure attachment, this rope is fully compatible with the Prowler Dog Sled Elite and other sled systems.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
