The perfect home-use treadmill: from gentle walks to high-intensity runs, our PWR Flow Treadmill is designed for versatile cardio training in home settings. It offers a powerful performance with a low-noise 2.5HP (horsepower) output and multiple speed and incline settings – all within a compact design.

ADJUSTABLE SPEED & INCLINE: Control your speed and incline via the touch-sensitive buttons or integrated digital dial on the treadmill dashboard. Use the buttons to quickly jump between speed and incline levels 3, 6 and 9 or simply rotate the dial to switch between settings. This treadmill offers speeds of 1-18km/h and incline levels 1-18.

METRIC TRACKING: The dial features a digital interface that displays key metrics as you exercise, including speed, incline, calories, distance, steps, time and heart rate. This treadmill has in-built Bluetooth compatibility which allows the user to connect to the free “Merach” fitness app on their mobile device and gain access to additional metrics, custom training programmes and a personalised user account.

ULTRABOOST CUSHIONING: The belt is outfitted with patented UltraBoost cushioning to reduce vibration when running – perfect for those who may be sensitive to injury.

PRACTICAL HOME CARDIO: The Flow Treadmill is designed to fit seamlessly into home environments. Its larger belt (49cm) provides lots of space to run or walk comfortably and can conveniently be folded upwards after a workout to save on space. Tap the release bar with your foot and the deck will steadily move down into a flat position again. The treadmill has a streamlined black and dark grey appearance for a subtle look in any space.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: There is a convenient tablet/phone holder on the dashboard and castor wheels at the front of the treadmill for easy transport. Pulse monitors are built into the console handles for heart-rate monitoring. A safety key feature is also present and will stop the treadmill immediately when activated.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
