DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: The Ragnar multigym rack offers a dual stack of weighted plates increasing in increments of 5kg and maxing out at an impressive 130kg per stack (260kg total). The dual cables provide constant tension while you lift and lower the weight, allowing the user to utilise two individual pulleys for both unilateral and compound movements. Use the single hand pulley adjustment handles to easily fix multiple heights based on your chosen exercise.
LAT PULL DOWNS: ‘Ragnar’ multigym ensures you achieve a full range of motion to optimise your lat pull down movements. The lat pulldown bar clips onto the cable system at the top of the rack as an attachment contributing to the functionality and convince of this machine.
