PRECISION BASED TRAINING: With our Wall Ball Targets, focus on getting the best out of your functional training by throwing your wall balls at the targets to get precision based workouts. The wall ball targets are compatible with our double bay rigs and renegade rack, making them suited for CrossFit and functional fitness type workouts.

THICK STEEL TARGETS: Crafted from thick steel, our wall ball targets include laser-cut RPM Power branding. Measuring at 25*40cm, these Wall Ball Targets are simple to mount to your rig and feature a mounting arm to connect to your squat rack easily.

PRO V ELITE WALL BALL TARGETS:  The Elite Wall Ball Target is built for maximum rigidity and reduced rebound, delivering a firmer, competition-style striking surface. The Pro Wall Ball Target is a durable commercial-grade design with slightly more flex and rebound, ideal for general training environments.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
