Fold the squat stand into the wall when it is not in use, taking up just 10cm of space, protruding from the wall.
SIMPLE TO USE: With the squat stand folded into the wall when not in use, simply remove the splinters from the hangers and swing the posts in or out as needed to use.
PULL-UPS: This wall mounted squat rack is not simply for training your lower body. Train a wide variety of chin-ups, pull-ups and core related holds with the pull-up bar included in this wall mounted squat rack.

It is NOT recommended installing the Wall Mounted Folding Rack on a wood, drywall, or metal stud wall without adding additional supports. This would not be a job for a beginner DIY if you wished to install the mounted rack in a non solid wall. (We have installed the rack in a stud wall in our show room to show how this is possible)
The mounted rack is suited for solid & stable walls. Expanding fixing bolts M10*150 are included which are suitable for solid / concrete walls, before installation, ensure these screws are suitable for the wall you intend to fix the rack.
The wall must be at a 90 degree angle, if there is any curvature this rack will not mount properly.
Ensure the distance from the floor is including mats or any flooring you intent to put down prior to installation of the rack, an that the area has adequate height.

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
