SIZING: The 5kg vest is a smaller fit compared to the 8kg and 10kg options. With the adjustable strap, the 5kg vest would be the equivalent fit of an EU 34/36/38.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday within 24 hours (except public and national holidays). *70% of orders are next day delivery.
During busy periods (Christmas etc.), we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that you receive it within 3-5 business days. We ask you, however, to be aware that orders may be delayed during these peak order times.
To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others. Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home. The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.
