POWERFUL AIR RESISTANCE: This premium rowing machine utilises advanced air resistance technology for a smooth, consistent performance. Designed to deliver a professional-grade rowing experience, the Air Rower will challenge and adapt to your fitness level, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to this type of cardio training. You set the pace: the harder you row, the more difficult the workout will be.
PREMIUM FLYWHEEL: The Air Rowing Machine features the same high-performance fanned flywheel as our Air Ski and Bike Erg. As the flywheel spins, it pushes against the surrounding air, generating resistance. The faster you row, the more air is displaced by the flywheel, and the greater the resistance becomes. This dynamic resistance is responsive and proportional to your effort, providing a self-regulating workout experience.
DAMPER ADJUSTMENT: Use the integrated spiral damper to control airflow through the flywheel and increase/decrease the intensity of your workout. With 10 damper settings available, you can simulate anything from a light warm-up to a gruelling cardio challenge, tailoring each session to match your fitness goals.
PERFORMANCE MONITOR: The premium LCD console tracks time, distance, calories, SPM, total strokes and more for monitoring your progress and fitness goals. Perform High-Intensity Interval Training with the built-in 20/10 and 10/20 interval programmes to get the most from your training. The console is battery-powered meaning this rower does not need to be plugged in.
DURABLE BUILD: With its 2-metre-long frame, the Air Rowing Machine is made for users of all sizes, including very tall people. The handle mechanism is made with a chain to provide extra durability on powerful rowing movements. The solid metal frame is robust and designed to withstand years of training routines. It features a simple release-frame locking mechanism which allows you to split the rower in two for more convenient storage and castor wheels are located on the front of the rower for easy transport. Please note: the rower can only be stored upright when separated into two pieces.

To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others. Pallet Deliveries
Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and other products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a pallet. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home. The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.
What is covered during the guarantee period?

✔ Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website
