The steady magnetic resistance provides you with a baseline difficulty based on the level you choose, while the air resistance automatically increases with your effort, making it feel more like rowing on real water. Adjust the resistance intensity across 10 difficulty levels.

COMPACT, DURABLE DESIGN: The aluminium guide rail is 113cm long and provides a stable, low-friction glide with minimal noise – ideal for home environments. It is suitable for users 155cm to 180cm in height and is compact enough to be a space-conscious choice for home workouts without compromising performance.

LCD MONITOR: The in-built LCD monitor display helps you monitor your stats and keep track of essential metrics like time, time/500m, stroke rate (SPM), distance, strokes/total strokes, calories, pulse (with optional chest strap), watt output (PMS model only). The monitor can also connect to popular fitness apps via Bluetooth such as Zwift and Kinomap.

ALL-ROUNDER HOME-USE ROWER: The Magnetic Rowing Machine Essential features a phone holder above the monitor and two front castor wheels for convenient repositioning. Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
