DUAL PULLEY SYSTEM: The Crossover Cable Multi-Gym features two pulley cable systems that can be used either together or independently for weightlifting. In comparison to a single pulley cable, two pulley cables enable you to perform a wider range of exercises, such as chest flies, crossovers, dual-handed rows and lat pull-downs, split stance exercises, rotational exercises and more. Being able to perform a variety of unilateral movements like this reduces the risk of muscle imbalance and allows for greater training variety and muscle targeting.
PLATE-LOADED WEIGHTLIFTING: Simply load your weight plates onto the two rear pegs; adjust the pulley positions to your desired height by sliding them up or down the frame (16 height positions available); attach your preferred cable handles and begin your workout.
This multi-gym comes with three different cable attachments to facilitate a range of exercise movements including:
