FUNCTIONAL TRAINER: The Freyja Multi-Gym integrates a dual adjustable cable system directly into a wall-mounted rack structure, allowing full-body training from a single installation. This hybrid design combines traditional barbell training with functional cable exercises, eliminating the need for separate standalone machines. 2:1 PULLEY RATIO: The dual weight stacks operate on a 2:1 pulley ratio, providing smooth resistance ideal for functional training and controlled muscle activation. Each side features a heavy-duty steel weight stack designed for consistent performance and reliable resistance throughout every repetition.

PREMIUM CABLE PULLEY SYSTEM: High-quality galvanized steel cables with reinforced cores deliver durability and smooth operation under load. Precision aluminium pulleys reduce friction and maintain consistent tension, while front pulleys feature a wide swivel range for exercises performed both inside and outside the rack.
