Care and maintenance
Wipe the rubber heads and handles down with a damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral detergent after heavy use. Avoid solvent-based cleaners, bleach and petroleum-based products, all of which degrade rubber over time and dull the chrome.
Check the stand bolts for tightness periodically, particularly in the first few weeks after assembly and in high-traffic commercial settings. Store the dumbbells on the stand rather than on the floor, which protects both the rubber and the surface beneath.
The stand arrives flat-packed with tools and instructions. Build it on the spot where it will live rather than assembling it elsewhere and carrying it, and tighten all bolts fully only once the frame is square and sitting flat on the floor.
Load heaviest at the bottom

The bundle you need is decided by one thing: the heaviest pair you will realistically use. Essentials (2.5–15kg) covers conditioning, accessory work and rehabilitation. Home (2.5–25kg) is the most complete option for a serious home trainer, covering pressing, rowing and lunging with room to progress. Performance (2.5–30kg) extends that ceiling for a PT space serving mixed clients.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the rubber heads and handles down with a damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral detergent after heavy use. Avoid solvent-based cleaners, bleach and petroleum-based products, all of which degrade rubber over time and dull the chrome.
Check the stand bolts for tightness periodically, particularly in the first few weeks after assembly and in high-traffic commercial settings. Store the dumbbells on the stand rather than on the floor, which protects both the rubber and the surface beneath.
The stand arrives flat-packed with tools and instructions. Build it on the spot where it will live rather than assembling it elsewhere and carrying it, and tighten all bolts fully only once the frame is square and sitting flat on the floor.
Load heaviest at the bottom
Put your heaviest pairs on the bottom tier, mid-range on the middle and the lightest pairs on top. This keeps the centre of gravity low, which is what keeps a fully loaded rack stable, and it also saves your back, since the heavy pairs are the ones you least want to be lifting from shoulder height.
Load from the centre outwards and keep both ends of each tier evenly weighted. Never load a single end heavily while the opposite end sits empty.

Two-stand bundles do not have to sit together. Splitting them across two walls, or placing the light stand near a matted floor area and the heavy stand near the bench, often works better in a real training space than one long run.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the rubber heads and handles down with a damp cloth and a mild pH-neutral detergent after heavy use. Avoid solvent-based cleaners, bleach and petroleum-based products, all of which degrade rubber over time and dull the chrome.
Check the stand bolts for tightness periodically, particularly in the first few weeks after assembly and in high-traffic commercial settings. Store the dumbbells on the stand rather than on the floor, which protects both the rubber and the surface beneath.
The stand arrives flat-packed with tools and instructions. Build it on the spot where it will live rather than assembling it elsewhere and carrying it, and tighten all bolts fully only once the frame is square and sitting flat on the floor.
Load heaviest at the bottom
Put your heaviest pairs on the bottom tier, mid-range on the middle and the lightest pairs on top. This keeps the centre of gravity low, which is what keeps a fully loaded rack stable, and it also saves your back, since the heavy pairs are the ones you least want to be lifting from shoulder height.
Load from the centre outwards and keep both ends of each tier evenly weighted. Never load a single end heavily while the opposite end sits empty.

Two-stand bundles do not have to sit together. Splitting them across two walls, or placing the light stand near a matted floor area and the heavy stand near the bench, often works better in a real training space than one long run.
A fully loaded Commercial bundle puts over a tonne into the room. Place stands on a solid, level floor, and use rubber gym flooring underneath to protect the surface, deaden noise and stop the feet marking timber or tiles.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
