You set the pace: the harder you row, the more difficult the workout will be.

PREMIUM FLYWHEEL: The Air Rowing Machine features the same high-performance fanned flywheel as our Air Ski and Bike Erg Essential models. As the flywheel spins, it pushes against the surrounding air, generating resistance. The faster you row, the more air is displaced by the flywheel, and the greater the resistance becomes. This dynamic resistance is responsive and proportional to your effort, providing a self-regulating workout experience.

PERFORMANCE MONITOR: The premium LCD console tracks time, distance, calories, SPM, total strokes and more for monitoring your progress and fitness goals. Perform High-Intensity Interval Training with the built-in 20/10 and 10/20 interval programmes to get the most from your training. The console is battery-powered meaning this rower does not need to be plugged in.

DURABLE BUILD: With its 2-metre-long frame, the Air Rowing Machine Essential is made for users of all sizes, including very tall people. The metal chain handle mechanism provides extra durability on powerful rowing movements. The solid metal frame is robust and designed to withstand years of training in home settings. It features a simple release-frame locking mechanism which allows you to split the rower in two for more convenient storage and castor wheels are located on the front of the rower for easy transport. Please note: the rower can only be stored upright when separated into two pieces.

A more premium version of this rowing machine, the Air Rower Elite is also available and more suitable for serious home gyms and commercial spaces.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
