Gymnastic Workout Rings offer a versatile and portable workout tool for incredible upper body strengthening. 

PREMIUM BUILD:  Our workout rings are made from premium quality wood that can withstand intense daily workouts. The straps are made from heavy-duty 1.5″ nylon, allowing them to be adjusted according to use of your desired height. 

SIMPLE INSTALLATION: To use the RPM Power Gym Rings, all you have to do is wrap the resilient nylon straps around a secure bar or fixture, run the straps end through the ring and insert it into the lock buckle. 

EASY ADJUSTMENT: The straps of our Gym Rings come complete with 4 extra strong carabiners instead of the regular buckles to ensure maximum security. The carabiners and the numbered hook system allows for 4″ adjustments

UPPER BODY STRENGTHENING: Sculpt your upper body like never before with these incredibly challenging bodyweight gym rings.. Our gym rings can be used for upper body strength exercises such as tricep dips, pull-ups, push-ups as well as core exercises like ring rows, ring planks, ring sit-ups and much more. 

INDOOR & OUTDOOR: These gymnastics rings are light, portable and perfect for use in both outdoor and indoor workouts. Perfect to use in the park on a sunny day or in your home gym, these gym rings can accompany you anywhere. 

ANTI-SLIP DESIGN: Anti-slip grip is a crucial safety feature of our exercise rings due to the nature of the dynamic exercises performed when using these grip rings. The material texture and finish of our gymnastic rings will give you a comfortable grip and prevent your hands from slipping. 

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
