Hex Bar Bundle Includes:

Closed Hex/ Trap Bar: The Olympic Hex Trap Bar combines the flush handle of a regular hex bar with a raised grip handle to create a multifunctional specialty barbell. Crafted with 25mm knurled neutral handles that provide a firm, sturdy grip as you lift. With the trap bar, basic movements such as the deadlift is much less technical. It’s easier to get into a good position with an upright torso and a flat back with a hex bar.

2x 25kg Elite Weight Plates: These hard wearing bumper plates are the ideal training plates for explosive barbell exercises such as squats, cleans, snatch, overhead press, and deadlifts, utilizing multiple muscle groups at once unlike machine weights. 100% rubber, you can lift and drop without fear of damage or marking your home gym floor. The ultra dense rubber polymer construction protects the weights, barbell, and the floor from damage.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
