Simply manipulate the position of the Jammer Arms using the easy to insert & lock pin which will allow you to move the lever arms higher or lower based on your chosen exercise. Roll the handles to your preferred height in seconds with the unique pin design, allowing these Jammer Arms to be used by people of all different height and levels.

UNILATERAL & BILATERAL TRAINING: Focus on training individual muscle groups with our jammer arms. From rows to pushes, deadlifts to squats, and beyond, these adaptable arms amplify the options of your workouts, so you can perform single arm / leg movements based on your preference.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
