This powerful multi-gym rack fully embodies Kratos, the mythical Norse god of power and strength. It’s heavy-duty 2mm-thick steel frame makes it suitable for both home gyms and commercial spaces. 1:1 WEIGHT STACK: While most multi-gyms feature a 2:1 ratio, Kratos offers a 1:1 ratio on its pulley system and weight stack. With a 2:1 setup, you are only lifting 50% of the selected weight level chosen. Thanks to its unique design and rear weight stack position however, Kratos’ 1:1 ratio means you are lifting exactly the weight you select on the stack. This is optimal for a straightforward, intuitive training experience and allows for fine-tuned adjustments in weight increments.
DUAL STACK & CABLE CROSSOVER: The multi-functional rack features two independent 70kg stacks of weighted steel plates (140kg total) set in increments of 5kg. The stack is operated by two dual-insulated steel cables that provide constant tension as you lift and lower your selected weight. The pulley cables can be used jointly or independently of each other, allowing for both unilateral and compound movements. Both pulleys are height adjustable for maximum exercise variety and can quickly be positioned at any of the 16 settings along the main frame via a pull-pin spring. Each idler pulley is manufactured from precision-engineered aluminium for seamless cable operation. There are four cable attachments included, so you can directly target the muscle group you wish to train: 2 x handle grips, 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar and 1 x universal straight dual connector bar.
SMITH MACHINE & SPOTTERS: Perform a wide range of exercises with precision and confidence thanks to the integrated self-balanced 20kg Smith bar. Equipped with counter-balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation as it rises and lowers, the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for better movement control, increased stability and safer lifting. From traditional squats and bench presses to more targeted movements like lunges and shoulder presses, whatever the exercise, as you fatigue and approach failure, simply twist the bar 1/5 of a turn and the spotter hooks on each side immediately engage to lock the bar firmly in place, preventing the barbell from falling and helping to ensure safe spotting throughout your workouts, even with the heaviest of loads. 12 catch rods are spaced evenly every 13cm along the rail for the Smith bar to hook into. Removable spotter arms and J-hooks are also included for further barbell security and peace of mind when exercising.
FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: The rack is equipped with multiple removable and integrated attachments for performing diverse compound and isolation exercises. The complete list of attachments includes:
- Dip station: 2 x removable steel dip station bars with two grip position variations. Secure them to the rack with the simple “twist and lock” mechanism.
- Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with five grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups.
- Landmine attachment: 1 x landmine sleeve with 360⁰ swivel function for performing a range of barbell exercises. Can be used in combination with the T-bar attachment for training variety.
- T-bar attachment: 1 x T-bar row/landmine attachment can be positioned atop your barbell for performing a wide variety of exercises such as T-bar rows, single-arm rows, landmine press, landmine squats, deadlifts, lunges and more.
- Leg press plate: 1 x multi-functional leg press/row bar steel plate (70cm x 35cm) with non-slip surface. Clip it onto the Smith machine to perform hack squats, leg press, hip thrusts and more.
- Foam knee cushion: 1 x durable foam knee cushion for performing split squats, sit ups, or lateral pull-downs, elevated crunches and more on your bench.
- Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting (39cm surface area).
- J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security (9cm surface area).
- Weight plate storage: 6 x storage pegs for 2” weight plates.
- Barbell storage: 2 x barbell holders at the rear of the rack.
