It combines dual pulley training, integrated rack features, bodyweight work, optional bench-based training and optional Smith Rail configurations within a dedicated footprint of approximately 2.5m × 3m.
Mixed-Ratio Cable Performance
The front rail pulley system operates at a 2:1 ratio, using a 130kg stack to provide 65kg of real weight. This is well suited to controlled cable flyes, lateral raises, curls, triceps work, single-arm rows and functional movement patterns. For heavier pulling work, the lat pulldown and low row operate at a 1:1 ratio, each providing 130kg real weight. Adjustable low row footplates help users establish a secure and effective rowing position.
Premium Pulley Feel
The premium aluminium pulley system supports smooth cable travel and consistent movement across repeated sets. It provides a refined training feel during lighter isolation work as well as heavier pulling sessions.
Built-In Rack Functionality

Named after Odin, the king of the Norse gods and a symbol of wisdom, power and relentless pursuit of mastery, the Multi-Gym ODIN Bundle is built to deliver a complete and adaptable strength-training platform. It combines dual pulley training, integrated rack features, bodyweight work, optional bench-based training and optional Smith Rail configurations within a dedicated footprint of approximately 2.5m × 3m.
Mixed-Ratio Cable Performance
The front rail pulley system operates at a 2:1 ratio, using a 130kg stack to provide 65kg of real weight. This is well suited to controlled cable flyes, lateral raises, curls, triceps work, single-arm rows and functional movement patterns. For heavier pulling work, the lat pulldown and low row operate at a 1:1 ratio, each providing 130kg real weight. Adjustable low row footplates help users establish a secure and effective rowing position.
Premium Pulley Feel
The premium aluminium pulley system supports smooth cable travel and consistent movement across repeated sets. It provides a refined training feel during lighter isolation work as well as heavier pulling sessions.
Built-In Rack Functionality
The ODIN is not just a cable machine. A J-Hook Pair and Safety Bar Pair support rack-based barbell training, while the multi-grip pull-up bar expands bodyweight exercise options. Integrated plate storage and six weight plate holder pegs help keep the training area organised.

Optional Versa Bench and Smith Rail Configurations
The ODIN can be expanded with the Versa Bench System, including its Docking and Cable Connection systems. Compatible bench attachments include the Leg Press / Leg Extension Cable Attachment, Pec Fly Attachment and Preacher Curl Attachment.

Do all bundle options include a Smith Rail?
