DUAL PULLEY SYSTEM: Odin’s pulley setup has been designed to offer both versatility and performance across a wide range of exercises. The 2:1 front rail pulley system features a 130kg weight stack, delivering 65kg of real working weight, making it ideal for smooth, controlled cable movements and unilateral or bilateral training. For heavier pulling movements, the 1:1 lat pulldown and 1:1 low row both provide the full 130kg real weight, allowing for more demanding strength work and progressive overload. To improve comfort and positioning during rowing movements, Odin also includes adjustable low row footplates, helping users find a more secure and effective training position.

PREMIUM PULLEY PERFORMANCE: A major part of the Odin experience is the quality of its cable movement. The system uses premium aluminium pulleys for durability and responsiveness, while the new 2026 weight stack sleeve design has been developed to create exceptionally smooth travel throughout each repetition. This refined setup helps maintain fluid resistance even at lighter settings, giving Odin a premium feel whether you are lifting heavy or working through more controlled isolation exercises.

ELITE CABLE ATTACHMENTS: Odin is more than a cable machine. It also incorporates key rack-based training features that allow it to function as a serious strength station. It comes equipped with J-Hooks and Safety Bars for secure barbell work, along with integrated plate storage to keep your setup organised and efficient. A multi-grip pull-up bar adds even more upper body training variety, while the Versa Bench Docking System expands the machine’s compatibility with specialised bench-based accessories and attachments.

SMITH RAIL OPTIONS:  Odin is available with two distinct Smith rail configurations, allowing users to choose the setup that best suits their training style. The Standard Smith Rail includes safety spotters for added reassurance during pressing and squatting movements, along with an extra-high 195cm resting position when the bar is not in use. This makes it practical, secure, and easy to work around within the overall system. For those looking for even more training flexibility, the Inverting Smith Rail will be available as a later pre-order option. This version can be configured with either a full bar or independent handles, and offers five adjustable inversion angles. With its ultra-fast pull-pin adjustment system, it is designed to deliver quick transitions and more varied pressing and movement patterns.

VERSA BENCH DOCKING SYSTEM: The Odin system also integrates with the Versa Bench System, unlocking another level of training variation through cable-loaded bench attachments. Compatible options include a Leg Press / Leg Extension Cable Attachment, a Pec Fly Attachment, and a Preacher Curl Attachment, all designed to broaden the range of exercises available from a single station. This setup is supported by a Cable Connection System and Docking System, allowing the bench and attachments to work seamlessly with the main Odin unit for a more complete and connected training experience.

OPTIONAL ATTACHMENTS: Odin can be expanded even further through a growing range of modular accessories, allowing users to tailor the system to their own training needs. Available options include the Mini Roller, ideal for Bulgarian squats and single-leg squat variations, and the Monster Roller, which provides full-width roller support and can also be used for lat pulldown support and Bulgarian squats. The Elite Multi-Adjustable Seat Attachment, available as a later pre-order, adds support for movements such as chest rows. Also coming as a later pre-order are the Elite Multi-Angle Cushion Supports, which open up even more exercise possibilities including lat pulldown support, sit-ups, and Nordic hamstring work. Additional add-ons such as Side Storage Bays, Dip Horns, the RoxSki rack-mounted air ski, and a Boxing Bag Attachment allow Odin to become an even more versatile all-in-one training hub.

150KG WEIGHT PLATES: Also included in the ODIN Bundle is 150kg of Tri-Groove Weight Plates, designed to deliver premium performance, stability, and durability during heavy training. Featuring an innovative interlocking groove design, these plates help reduce unwanted movement when loaded, while their dead-bounce construction and ultra-dense polymer rubber provide a more controlled and professional lifting experience. The 150kg bundle includes: 2 x 5kg / 2 x 10kg / 2 x 15kg / 2 x 20kg / 2 x 25kg.
