An Olympic barbell without any plates on it is already a useful weight in and of itself and is a basic requirement for some of the best and more powerful exercises, such as deadlifts, squats and presses. Barbells, like other free weights, are much better than the machines at the gym because of the stabilization and coordination aspects they bring to your workouts - use more muscle groups as you balance and lift.
RPM Power Olympic Weight Bars are a Powerlifting essential. Choose from lighter, 1200mm bars to full-sized 2200mm bars to fit your squat rack, use with a bench or on their own. Knurled for a secure grip, this bar has 28mm grip diameter. Suitable for Standard 2" weights.
Diamond-knurled hand grips to reduce slippage and maximize grip with less need for chalk. Perfect for heavy compound movements such as deadlifts, squats and barbell bench press with confidence and in safe hands. IWF & IPF knurl markings.
The 2200mm bar is Precision engineered to the highest quality, built for the highest tier of training. With a considerable max load of 450kg means you won’t be selling yourself short in your sessions. The RPM Power Olympic bar is for anyone who’s focused on building muscle and perfecting their form.
