NEEDLE BEARINGS: Barbells with bearings have a much a smoother rotation for friction free movement, therefore are better for Olympic style lifts than bars with bushings. Our precision Needle Bearing that is substantially larger, stronger and higher load rated than conventional bearings found in cheaper bars. Needle Bearings allow the bar sleeve spin unrestricted at all loads and have a smooth feel with no play up and down on the bar shaft. The 10-needle bearing on this bar means greater rotation for optimal performance and may help lower the risk of wrist injuries.
DUAL KNURL GRIP- Barbell diamond knurling pattern on the shaft of Olympic Barbells increases grip for a non-abrasive feel. Dual Powerlifting and Olympic knurl marks are spaced the same distance as an IWF & IPF standard knurl marks, giving you the ability to maintain proper grip position The 2200mm bar has a wider center section to help accommodate broad shoulders. No center knurling for maximum comfort while doing cleans or back squats without irritation to your neck.

To answer your question it all depends on your current bodyweight/muscle mass: So if we were to take someone weighing in at 80kg we would take that number and multiply it by the given numbers down below, giving you your 1 rep max for your bench, squat and shoulder press. Through this you can decide/narrow down which plate set/bundle would be best suited for you.
Example:
Person weighing 80kg
Bench 1 Rep Max = 45kg (.56 x bodyweight)
Squat 1 Rep Max = 65kg (.81 x bodyweight)
Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max = 35kg (.44 x bodyweight)
