Experience comfort-driven cardio with our Recumbent Bike Dual. As the name suggests, this Recumbent Bike is unique in its “dual” design, offering both a traditional spin bike function and moveable handlebars to provide users with both upper- and lower-body training.

Recumbent bikes are designed with comfort in mind. Users can benefit from low-impact cardio exercise while remaining in a reclined, seated position. This makes them very suited to anyone with limited mobility looking to add more cardio and resistance training to their routine.

USER-FIRST, SUPPORTIVE DESIGN: The Recumbent Bike Dual prioritises user comfort making it a great piece of equipment for older users, those with limited mobility or anyone looking for an alternative option to upright spin bike training. The reclined seat features a padded foam cushion for lasting comfort even during longer periods of use, while the curved back of the seat is fitted with mesh for additional comfort and breathability during workouts. Two handlebars on either side of the seat provide extra stability and comfort during hands-free cycling.

FULLY-ADJUSTABLE: The swivel seat is optimised for easy adjustment: simply lift the front handlebar and the seat will twist to the right – this allows for easy mounting and dismounting of the bike. Furthermore, the handle to the side can be raised to slide the seat along the horizontal rail and both handlebars are adjustable in length, making it easy to tailor this product to users of varying heights.

UPPER- & LOWER-BODY TRAINING: The bike offers both a cycling function (via the pedals) and push-pull motion handlebars to engage users in upper- and lower-body training. Both functions can be used together or separately and are adjustable to 10 different resistance levels. Level 1-3 is perfect for warm-ups and zone 2 cardio. Levels 4-7 are great for resistance training, while levels 7-10 are equivalent to steep climbs and ascents. Adjust the magnetic resistance level via the LCD monitor or integrated buttons on the handlebars. The durable 6kg flywheel with two-way drive supports a smooth and stable pedalling motion in both forward and reverse directions.

LCD MONITOR WITH BLUETOOTH:  Featuring an advanced LCD monitor that can track distance, time, calories burned, pulse and other workout data. The bike and monitor are powered via the included AC plug mains adapter. The monitor can be connected to certain fitness apps and heart-rate monitors via Bluetooth.

PRACTICAL HOME FITNESS: The Dual bike has whisper-quiet operation making it suitable for home settings with TV or music set-ups. The rear handle allows for easy lifting and transport of the product via the front castor wheels.  Both pedals feature straps for stability during use and the monitor offers a convenient phone holder.

EASY ASSEMBLY: The Recumbent Bike can be assembled in around 30 minutes by most users.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
