EASE OF USE: This bike is designed to ensure optimal user comfort while exercising. The seat is positioned at a slight incline and cushioned in sturdy foam for support. It is fully adjustable to best suit the user. There are handles at the side of the seat for further comfort and support both during use and when standing up. The reclined set up of this bike makes it suitable for anyone with limited mobility who wants to incorporate cardio into their exercise routine.

8 RESISTANCE LEVELS: This stationary recumbent bike offers 8 different resistance levels so you can tailor it to your individual ability and cardio goals. Level 1-3 is perfect for warm-ups and zone 2 cardio. Levels 4-6 are great for resistance training, while levels 7-8 are equivalent to steep climbs and ascents. Simply turn the dial to adjust resistance.

LCD MONITOR WITH BLUETOOTH:  Featuring an advanced LCD monitor that can track distance, time, calories burned, heart rate and other workout data. The monitor is battery-operated and offers in-built Bluetooth compatibility, so users can further track their stats in the “Merach” Fitness App. This free app provides access to a wide range of training programs and stats.

LOW-FOOTPRINT & CONVENIENT: The neat frame of this product makes it a subtle addition to home settings. The front of the bike is fitted with wheels for convenient transport when needed. Both pedals feature straps for stability during use and the monitor offers a practical phone holder. At <5db, the machine is also extremely quite during use, making it suitable for spaces with TV or music set-ups.

EASY ASSEMBLY: The Recumbent Bike can be assembled in around 30 minutes by most users.

***Please note: When assembling this product please adjust the resistance knob to the 8th level before installing to ensure that the resistance of the bike can be operated normally.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
