ADJUST LENGTH WITH SELF-LOCK HANDLES – The RPM Power Speed Rope can be shortened/lengthened via the self-locking handles. Simply push on the handle to open it, adjust the cable length and close the handle again to lock the rope in place. Only takes seconds!

SPEED TRAINING – Skipping burns far more calories than jogging and is a staple of many sporting disciplines. The RPM Power Speed rope includes two steel rubber-coated cables perfect for high-speed training.

LIGHTWEIGHT – The ergonomically shaped self-locking handles feel nice and weighty in the hand. Weighing 100gr and 17cm in length they allow a great feel for the user while exercising.

INCLUDED– Includes 2 x self locking handles, 2 x premium rubber-coated steel jump cables, 2 x cable protectors to ensure long-lasting use and 1 x convenient storage bag for training at home, at the gym, office or outdoors..

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
