Munster Rugby Captain
Diarmuid Barron is a powerful and hard-working athlete from Cashel, County Tipperary, who has become a key figure for Munster Rugby. He made his Champions Cup debut in 2021 and was a key player in helping Munster achieve the 2023 United Rugby Championship title—starting in the final and scoring a try against the Stormers. On the international stage, Barron has represented Ireland at U20 level and has been called into both the Emerging Ireland squad and Ireland A, marking him as one of Irish rugby’s most promising forwards.
A product of Cashel RFC and Rockwell College, Diarmuid Barron hails from the same county as RPM Power and we’re proud to welcome him as an official RPM Power Sponsored Athlete and collaborator on the RPM Power Club Gym Giveaway 2025.
