The finished facility gives players and coaches a professional, versatile setting for focused strength and conditioning work. Designed around the needs of a rugby club, it provides the platform to train with purpose, build physical resilience and prepare for performance.
A Training Space Built for Progression
Rugby demands more than strength alone. Players need the capacity to move well, develop power, build robust bodies and repeat effort under pressure. A well-planned training space gives coaches the flexibility to deliver structured programmes while giving athletes the tools to progress with confidence.
For New Ross RFC, the brief was to create a high-performance environment that could support a broad range of training needs. The result is a clean, practical facility that brings strength stations, free weights, conditioning equipment and a dedicated turf lane together in one purposeful space.
A Complete Club Gym Installation
From equipment selection and facility planning through to delivery and professional installation, every detail was carefully considered by the RPM Power team. A line of robust training racks, adjustable benches, Olympic bars and bumper plates creates a strong foundation for squad-based strength work, while the turf lane provides a dedicated area for sled work, acceleration drills and conditioning.
Built to meet the demands of regular club use, the completed space gives New Ross RFC a premium training environment where players can put in the work needed to move, perform and progress.

The completed gym reflects New Ross RFC’s commitment to giving its players the facilities they need to develop and perform. Spacious, functional and adaptable, the layout allows multiple athletes to train at once while keeping every area purposeful and easy to use.
