The RPM Power Hamstring Curl Bench is one of the best machines to train your hamstrings in both an eccentric & concentric way. Our hamstring curl bench is a compact alternative to larger GHD machines and has several advantages when compared to other hamstring benches as it is only an arm’s length from the ground.

ELITE GLUTE STRENGTH: Being closer to the ground than standard hamstring machines, our hamstring curl bench is far more difficult than a standard GHD machine as it develops true hamstring strength. Compatible with 1″ Weight Plates, use the included adapter sleeve to add 2″ weight plates to any Nordic Curl Workout and increase the safety when using the bench as well as storing your additional weight plates.

SPACE EFFICIENT: For those who are space conscious, our Nordic Hamstring Curl Bench offers a smart alternative. It maintains maximum knee flexion capacity for effective hamstring training without demanding as much space as larger equipment.

GLUTE HAM RAISES: Our hamstring curl bench places a particular emphasis on Glute Ham Raises – a bodyweight hamstring exercise focusing on knee flexion. Regular incorporation of glute hamstring exercises can aid in injury prevention, bolster power, and enhance speed in lifting activities, especially beneficial for individuals engaged in explosive sports. Add weight plates to increase the resistance / difficulty of the exercise.

During peak periods (Christmas etc.) we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 3-5 business days, however, orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.

Palet Delivery Information:

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and all products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a palet. Please note that there is no tracking reference for palet delivery but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service ONLY meaning that the delivery driver will NOT bring your item inside.

In order to ensure the minimal cost for customers ordering multiple items, some items may arrive in more than 1 delivery. Please check the status of all tracking number(s) provided prior to contacting us
