The grounded, H-shaped base ensures for ultimate stability while exercising and is designed to take a max. capacity of 450kg (990lbs). The rack is very straightforward to assemble using the durable stainless-steel bolts.

COMPOUND EXERCISING: Combine this squat stand with a barbell, weight plates and bench to perform a range of compound movements, such as squats and bench press. The product includes removable 2 x J-hooks for barbell racking for safe spotting you as you lift. These can be positioned at any height level on the rack with a simple “insert and twist” movement.

INDUSTRY-STANDARD FRAME: Mobile Squat Stand has a 75mm x 75mm boxed-steel frame with 27mm insert holes.
